Retail Project Executive
The Retail Project Executive provides the framework for successful coordination and steering of the sales departments, to achieve new vehicle sales targets both nominally and financially.
She/he will be responsible to create and maintain sales and leads management reports as a basis for solid and informed decision making within the sales organization. Based on well-founded data collection and analysis, the Executive proposes sales and leads generation targets and KPI’s to motivate and steer the Sales and Marketing Departments with the goal of having a robust and consistent sales performance. Furthermore, she/he will assess and analyse the customer data and support in the creation of a customer data management strategy. With this framework as basis, the Retail Project Executive is providing proposals to the Head of Sales in the development and execution of the sales strategy.
Additionally, the Retail Project Executive is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects including setting of deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor, summarize progress of projects, and prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Furthermore, the Executive acts as a point of liaison internally between departments and third parties when necessary.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales Steering and Controlling
- Create and maintain sales reports
- Review and improve existing reports and collaborate with relevant teams to streamline reporting efficiency
- Propose sales targets and KPI’s based on sales reporting implemented
- Proactively identify trends both internal and external to influence and drive business goals
- Monitoring of competitor’s weekly sales activities. Keeping sales and marketing updated for necessary internal action plans
Leads Management
- Support in the development of a Leads Management System
- Propose leads generation KPI’s to motivate and steer sales and marketing departments
Project Management
- Coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Develop a detailed project plan and schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities to monitor and track progress report
- Propose and initiate new potential projects that can benefit business unit
Data Analysis and Management
- Collaborate with team and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate data into business insights
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions
- Assess and analyse the customer data and support in the creation of a customer data management and CRM strategy
Administrative & Support functions
Job Requirements:
- Diploma graduates in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Business-related discipline
- Experience in sales planning, leads management, or the automotive industry is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and data processing ability
- Profound spoken and written English proficiency is mandatory
- Sound knowledge of Singapore automotive market
- High Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Powerpoint (preferably Macros and VBA)
- High level of independence and initiative
