Senior Marketing Executive (ŠKODA)

Main Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning Development

• Support the Manager in overall marketing strategy development and execution
• Manage the execution of the holistic marketing plan
• Create out-of-the box showroom traffic and leads generation activities
• Execute new product launches and campaigns
• Collaborate with agencies to align brand and campaign and business objectives
• Draft reports to relevant stakeholders

Digital Marketing

• Work with agencies to track and optimise digital campaign performance (such as SEM, tactical display ads)
• Understand the consumer profile and buying journey to propose new channels and ideas to stand out from the competition
• Responsible for website management and enhancement

Event

• Lead the execution of events, such as car launches, motor shows, road shows and showroom activation
• Manage agencies and vendors to produce event related materials
• Oversee on-site event operations
• Propose and monitor event budgets

Product literature and materials management

• Manage website content, sales brochures and pricelists
• Oversee the development, production and manage supply of showroom’s POS material, sales brochures, images, merchandise etc

Budget Management

• Forecast and track marketing expenditure and overall department budget

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or its equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Agency experience would be a plus
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• High level of independence and initiative
• Prior experience in advertising, events, media planning and budgeting
• Able to work on weekends and afterhours for events
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• A valid Class 3 driving license will be advantageous
• Ability to manage and work under stress and a fast-paced environment
