Sales Manager (DWA)
Your tasks:
- Achieve volume and financial targets for Das WeltAuto
- Increase resale value of VW & Skoda used cars
- Lead, supervise and monitor sales performance of individual Sales Representatives and take corrective measures as and when required
- Provide sales training to ensure efficiency and proficiency of sales team
- Manage all Marketing, CRM activities and digital media
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales and management reports
- Propose business opportunity for used cars
- Ensure showroom meets requirements and customer satisfaction
Your skills:
- Minimum Diploma with 3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive industry
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Experience in customer service, execution strategies; in a multifunctional retail network including training, product planning and pricing
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, prepare, and implement complex strategic projects and departmental tactics, to achieve business goals
- Demonstrated ability to identify, prepare and deliver tools and training curriculum on multiple retail / business disciplines to large diverse groups may be required
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Possess a valid class 3 driving license
