Parts Assistant

Your tasks:

• Provide prompt and accurate quotation on spare parts to Service Advisors, Workshop Controllers and Technicians
• Provide accurate stocks availability, shipment lead time estimation and other updates to Aftersales Operations personnel
• Perform Goods Receipt, Goods Issuance, physical inspection and handling of automotive parts, including but not limited to unloading, un-stuffing, pick and pack of parts.
• Distribute parts to storage locations accurately and timely
• Execute stock-take, cycle-count and housekeeping duties and other warehouse activities as assigned
• Provide timely response to queries on spare parts or logistics issues via emails or phone call

Your skills:

• Minimum secondary school with 1-year relevant technical experience in automotive, warehousing or logistics industry
• Positive work attitude, responsible, independent
• Able to work under pressure and execute manual work in a warehouse environment
• Able to work with team members of different levels
• Able to read, write and speak English
• Basic general knowledge of automotive parts would be advantageous
• Familiar with MS Office Applications
