Customer Service Assistant (ŠKODA)

Be part of our ŠKODA sales team, you will be the first point of contact representing our brand, providing our customers with the highest level of quality service, making their visit a seamless, efficient and a delightful one.

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for all front desk duties in showroom
  • Meet & Greet all walk-in prospects and customers
  • Prepare showroom visitation reports
  • Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate associate
  • Housekeep showroom, replenish brochures, registration of guests/test drive customers

Your skills:

  • Articulate and fluent in English, 2nd language will be an added advantage
  • GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with outstanding customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Able to work on Weekends/Public Holidays (5 working days per week)
  • Working location – Alexandra (Leng Kee Road)
