Assistant Aftersales Marketing Manager
Being part of the Aftersales team, reporting to the General Manager of Aftersales, you will be responsible for leading marketing communication strategies and developing plans for the Aftersales business including but not limited to strategy development, planning and budgeting as well as ensuring the success of new product/service launch campaigns/activities, using various platforms such as digital, traditional marketing and/or dealership management sponsorship marketing. You will also guide and train team member(s) as well as set KPIs and monitor team and campaign performance.
We are looking for someone who is resourceful, independent and has a combination of creative thinking and practical industry knowledge to deliver campaigns and drive the Aftersales business to a next level.
Your tasks:
Strategy, Planning Development and Budget Management
- Support the GM via retail marketing strategies & communications to develop strong presence of Aftersales services and impressions
- Spearhead the development of Aftersales impressions to the public, and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives to achieve the goals and objectives
- Lead the development of market research and collaboration plans
- Create and manage timelines and reports
- Forecast and track marketing expenditure and overall department budget
Digital Marketing
- Plan digital marketing strategy and manage online brand and product campaigns to raise Aftersales awareness
- Managing and optimizing online marketing investments and initiatives
- Tracking conversion rate and making improvements to the all-digital assets
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
Campaign/Activities/Event Management
- Lead and monitor marketing campaigns
- Plan and organise aftersales customers events
- Propose key performance indicators for all communications activities, analyse and manage post-campaign evaluation
- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting budget requirements, scheduling expenditures and analysing variance.
Product literature and materials management
- Conceptualise and lead the production of POS material and merchandise (sales brochures, price lists, product standees, display materials, etc)
- Manage website content, aftersales brochures and pricelists
- Ad hoc projects assigned by GM
Your skills:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or its equivalent
- 5 to 8 years’ of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of automotive industry preferred
- Meticulous, good interpersonal and communications skills
- High level of independence and initiative
- Prior experience in advertising, events, media planning and budgeting
- Able to work on weekends and afterhours for events
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- A valid Class 3 driving license will be advantageous
